WHAT’S THE BEST EXERCISE TO HELP YOU GET/STAY FIT?

  • 🔹 Cardio?
    🔹 Weights?
    🔹 Walking?
    🔹 Running?
    🔹 CrossFit?
    🔹 Swimming?
🔹 The latest attention grabbing headliner promoted by an Insta-Fit Influencer?

  • How about the one that you really enjoy doing!
There’s zero long term benefit in me suggesting any particular exercise if you have to grit your teeth to get to the gym or park. If lifting heavy stuff brings you joy - do more of that! If huffy puffy walks around the park with a buddy are your thing - DO THAT 🙌
Just find ways to move every day and take every opportunity to get up out of your chair.
